A fun way to put some Jolly into your July!
Laugh and feel the benefits! As a Laughter on the Phone call leader who has been laughing everyday for over three years straight...this isn't a new concept as it's been done before, though not with a graduated plan. This is a fun way to build the laughter in your body to a healthier and happier stage a little more each day. You will be amazed at how good it feels....and in this way it is easy to do!


A Simple Plan

Each Day in July, we laugh for one minute more each day. On July 1st we will laugh on the phone for one minute, and on July 2nd we laugh again for two minutes, July 3rd three minutes.... by the time we reach July 31st we have built up to laughing consistently for 31 minutes and what resilient results!

Sure anyone can do this by themselves...but what keeps the momentum going and makes the laughing an easy and relaxed benefit is to create it with others and enjoy the results. We have already established a habit of sharing laughter on the phone everyday and now this is a way to enjoy it in a way that builds and demonstrates so easily the benefits right on the spot. What makes it more interesting is when we know so many others are laughing in different ways and experimenting with growing their laughter.

Laughter Yoga and the Laughter Movement indeed are looking for ways to understand laughter and it's benefits to the body in more dynamic ascertainable ways. This Laughter Challenge can also serve as a vehicle for you to understand what changed in your body from Day 1 through Day 31.
