Laughter Renewal

(We are one block from Chicago near O'Hare)

Kick your year off to a Great Start by Joining us to Reignite, Repurpose and ReExcite your Laughing Spirit! This day long event is for you to remember and activate the laughter, learn some new laughing tricks and ideas and to join into the building of a Chicagoland Laughter Community!

Whether you are brand spanking new or a veteran of laughter...this is a new year and a great opportunity to mingle with other leaders and excite some new possibilities into your year...people are craving laughter and in joining together we can service that need while we have fun putting it together!

9:30am: Registration

Mingle and get to know who's who in Chicago's laughter

10:00am: The WooHoo Welcome Party Begins

It's Not yer momma's welcome party! Bring your business cards, your identifcation pieces and those giveaways that tell us who you are!

10:30am: Our Objectives are Your Laughortunities

Reviewing our day and who's who in Greater States of Laughter...for those traveling from Indiana, Iowa and Wisconsin or Michigan...we are the Laughter in the Midwest! This is our Laughter Roll Call!

11:00am Setting the Stage for Laughter 2010 Style

Laughing and Learning as we share more about what's happening in Chicago Laughter.... The 2010 Laugh Tour of Chicago, The Chicago Coalition of Chuckles for leaders and World Laughter Day 2010 for example. It's also a time to share who's who in Laughter in Chicago and more... Brainstorm some great ideas together!

What's your plan for Laughter in 2010? This will give you something to chuckle over and discover as the day goes on!

NOON: The Laughing Lunch Hour

Enjoy your Chicago Style Lunch as we give you some food for thought! Play some games and get to know someone new as we have fun with our food and nourish ourselves with play!

1:00pm: Clowning with Patch Adams!

Enjoy the escapades of Donna Nelson, a Certified Laughter Yoga Leader as she shares her fun loving adventures in Ecuador clowning with Patch Adams. Donna is a Registered Dietician who uses Laugher as a Detoxification process and leads the Chicago Cycle of Laugher during the summer for Laughter Rides on the Lake Front. She has also brought laughter to school groups and women's homeless shelters.

Donna will share some tips, and experiences that you can use from the clowning world that add a bit more introspective to the laughter leader. She will share her experiences with the amazing Patch Adams and what she learned in Ecuador. Share in some great new ways to understand and utilize your practice while having fun in the process!

2:00pm: More Meditation Practices from Tanaz

Tanaz Bamboat is a Certified Laughter Yoga Teacher from Indiana and a Laughter Ambassador. She Presented a program at the All American Laughter Yoga conference on Laughter and Depression and currently leads groups in health and well being making Munster a Merrier place to be!

Learn deeper richer meditation practices for your sessions and for yourself. You as the Laughter Leader have to find your center in leading others too. Enjoy the wonderful dynamics Tanaz brings to the meditation and relax yourself right into the NOW moment!

3:00pm: You....the Laughter Experience!

Lynda Tourloukis is a Life Coach and Motivational Speaker, she is also a Certified Laughter Yoga Teacher and a CLL. She is on a mission to bring Laughter Leaders together to build a bigger Illinois/Chicago/Midwest experience of Laughter for all
by training new CLYL every other month and supporting them with ideas and suggestions and opportunities. She is the founder of the Park Ridge Hysterical Society and the Chicago Coalition of Chuckles. She also laughs every day of the year on the phone providing nationwide chuckles.

It's a brand New Year and you can be a brand New You too....dare to be fabulous, wild and outrageous with new ideas and actions this year. Get some Giggle Goals in Place and Learn how they can accentuate your every laughing move! If it's inside we can bring it outside and wear it in style!

3:45pm: We will end with a Question and Answer

...and a way to leave you laughing all year long!
