It's Time
to Laugh!
Every single day of the year and several times during the day there are wonderful Certified Laughter Teachers and Leaders willing to laugh with others over the phone to create even more ways to share the idea of laughter every day and promote the mission of World Peace through Laughter...one laugh at a time.
Gaga Barnes of California initiated the original idea of a laughter call in 2007 and soon was joined by a handful of Certified Laughter Teachers. The concept grew and today it has grown to include all of the different times listed below with Teachers and Leaders from all parts of the USA. The dream is to have a 24 hour laugh line with calls at the top of every hour...want to laugh everyday? This is one creative way!

There is no set format and no right or wrong way to do anything...our purpose is to laugh with each other and spread more joy as a result.
Sometimes we initiate laughter exercises, gibberish and playful type activities and sometimes we jest laugh...for no reason... Each call is led by different hosts so explore the calls and find a new way to laugh from this talented giving giggling group!
Everyone is welcome and anyone can join us. There is no sign up, no commitment and best of all no fee!

We practice laughing "with" instead of laughing "at" and that's why we don't need jokes or other stimuli to activate it...laughing is natural.
We all use the same laugh line and pin number to make it simple for everyone....all you have to do is dial up and leap into the laughter with us.
