Benefits
come in all forms: From
the person who laughed every day for 20 minutes for forty days to
the person who simply laughed more consciously more often, these testimonials
came from those who wanted to share how laughter made a difference.
We found that the range of benefit expanded across mental, emotional,
physical and spiritual realms and in each case there was a feeling
that the endorphins had kicked in to create a "feel good"
feeling allowing the perspective to open and the appreciation to grow.
We were at first surprised by the depth of the benefit for some and
grateful that each shared willingly for themselves and for others
to continue to benefit by. Now
almost a year later...we are no longer surprised! |

I was fortunate to attend a breathwork conference hosted by some phenomenal people recently. I have attended in the past yet this time when I went it was different. There was a portion of laughter that is introduced and I noticed that I laughed so much more free and easy. Others even noticed it and I really felt filled up from the experience and know that the laughing daily was the difference. Karen from Columbus, OH |

I didn't have anyone to laugh with and got on at first as a listener at first and wanted to thank you for what you are doing everyday as it carries me throughout the day. Patty and Ozzie (doggie) in Alberta Canada |

I used the slow Ha Ha Ha the other day and it really did make a difference. Every time something went wrong I stopped and said Ha Ha Ha and by the end of the day I was laughing. Donna from Chicago, IL |

I usually wake up and try to be grateful in the morning though there's something about laughter that just makes me feel more grateful. I also find myself laughing harder at things than before. I try to be grateful in my days and there's something about all this laughter that makes it greater Jenny from Hermit, CA |

I woke up with sadness and this call totally changed that all around. I feel so much better and it helped me to get out of the story and into a different perspective. Bobbie from Graten, CA |

| I have noticed that as I laugh more the things that are really funny become funnier. I laugh more fully instead of muffling it. Also, when I am with my grandson and he has a fear moment we use Ho Ho Ha Ha to help him to release it and it works. Wilma from Allensport, PA |

I want to start a laughter club because this feels so good. I listen to you when I am driving in the car and it starts my day. Every Monday Morning I have a meeting and they are rather hum drum so I started dialing in 10 minutes before to the prerecorded laugh call and it really has made a difference. I feel so much better and I have been doing it for four weeks now. Sandy from Fresno, CA |

I feel happier with these calls and I feel better. I noticed that as I am in marketing and before I get on a phone call that when I have been laughing it is making a difference. I am noticing that people who laugh more attract more people and recently I signed a new person and I have a new prospective person. Carol from Ohio |

| Just
last week my brother took his life, while it had been a rough road,
I used laughter to keep myself occupied and to find a better way to
feel about it all. Before leading a laughter club last week I recieved
a call from the family about my brother going into the hospital and
another during my laughter club and finally one after. I discovered
that after the continual laughing all week on the phone and in four
laughter club sessions, my endorphins had been so built up that when
I recieved the third and final call after my laughter session had ended
explaining that my brother was gone, I found that instead of panic,
I felt a sense of calm and was in control of my emotions. Normally I
would have panicked, though I can say freely that the laughter was tremendously
helpful in being able to negotiate this dramatic experience. Karaoke Carol |
